We have a pleasure to inform you that on 30th April 2024, subject to regulatory approval, Euro-Hel Sp. z o.o. will be legally merged into Air Products Sp. z o.o (www.airproducts.pl). Existing production and business activity of Euro-Hel will continue as Air Products. All the agreements with our Customers remain in force.
Air Products is an owner of Euro-Hel from 2nd November 2021 and current change is a natural step in integration of the two entities. We are convinced that as a result of joining the potential and capabilities of the two companies we will be in a position to even better respond to your needs.
