 On November 2, 2021, Air Products (www.airproducts.pl) acquired the assets and shares of Euro-Hel Sp. z o.o.

Euro-Hel continues its existing business of full-service and distribution of liquid and gaseous helium, as well as storage, logistics and MRI services under new structures.
